I have been involved with Rangers for a few years now. I am the Discovery Ranger Commander for Outpost 39 at Evangel Temple. I have been through Ranger Basics, attended NTC and ANTC, earned my Leader's Medal of Achievement, and joined FCF. God has blessed me with the opportunity of this ministry to Reach, Teach, and Keep Boys for Jesus Christ. Currently, I serve as the Section 1 FCF Representative. I pray that God continues to bless and expand this wonderful ministry to reach more boys than ever before. May God bless and keep you always.

I was called to the Royal Rangers ministry 31 years ago. Since then I have had the privilege to serve as Sectional Commander for Section II. During and until now I have been the coordinator of the Pinewood Derby, Bike Rodeo and any other capacity
the lord may use for the few talents I have. But most of all I have had the honor of working with the most dedicated group of men (leaders) that you would ever have the privilege of meeting.

Northern Division Treasurer and Division Council

Northern Division Publicity Coordinator
Rangers have been part of my life for about 6 years. In that time I have been Section 2 Publicity coordinator and now I serve as the Northern Division Publicity Coordinator. I am a Discovery Ranger commander at Outpost 268 in Orange Park. Rangers has filled a part of my life that almost nothing else could. Working and teaching the boys is a God sent ministry, which is where I belong and always will.

Hello my name is Tommie Hall. I call Earleton, Florida my home. Julee, my wife of 34 wonderful years, and I attend Keystone Assembly of God where I serve as Commander of the Discovery Boy's. I have been involved with the Royal Ranger ministry for 4 years. I had the privilege of graduating from Southeastern Bible College, which has prepared me for a life of ministering to others. Julee and I have owned and operated a Preschool for 30 years. I am a father of two who has blessed me with two grandsons and one granddaughter whom are also involved with the outpost. Presently, I hold the office of Divisional Chaplin. The Royal Ranger ministry is a great tool for making young boys into men of God for the church of tomorrow. I thank God for the opportunity to labor in the field of Royal Rangers.

Northern Division Black Powder Instructor and Division Council
I started in Rangers as a Pioneer back in 1982 and continued to move up through Trailblazers and Trail Rangers. Although I never earned my GMA, God called me to stay in Rangers and help Reach, Teach, and Keep Boys for Christ. I became a Lieutenant Commander when I turned 18 and worked with Rangers until I joined the U.S. Coast Guard in 1992. While I was stationed in NJ in 1995 I joined a local outpost and got back involved. I earned my LMA in 1995 and B/SA LMA in 1996. I joined the FCF in 1997 and became a member of the John Fenwick Chapter in NJ. In 1998 I moved back home and went back to work in Rangers. I have served in various positions over the years including Senior Commander, Area Commander, Deputy Section 1 Commander, and FCF Division VP. I have also served on staff at District Merit camps and Junior Leader Training camps. God called me to serve in Rangers to work with boys and help make a difference in their lives, but I’m not sure who’s been more touched. Me or the boys?

Jesus Christ changed my life in 1983 and shortly after was introduced to Royal Rangers by my Pastor who asked me to start up Royal Rangers at Keystone Heights First Assembly of God. I earned my LMA, joined FCF, attended NTC, ANTC, National Academy and Advanced National Academy. In 2006, I felt directed to change my church membership from First Assembly in Keystone to Living Hope Family Worship Center. I currently serve there as an Outpost Councilman. I held the position of Northern Division FCF Vice-President from 2001-2005, Northern Division Commander from 2005-2007, Section Two Commander 2007-2008. I currently serve our Division Commander as his Training Coordinator.
